James can only be described as an expert at what he does.  He gives unique attention to detail both in the preparation and finish of the job in hand.  If you want a great job doing with peace of mind James is your man.  This is our second major tiling project by James and he will always be our first port of call when we need any tiling work in the future.  In fact we have already pencilled him in to complete our new kitchen.  He is also a very friendly and honest guy, so we have no hesitation in recommending James to any prospective client.

We required just 10 tiles replacing on our front porch and managed to find closely matching tiles @ Tile Giant. We asked if they provided an installation service and they said “No” but we know a man who does. It was an excellent recommendation.
We were nervous that the job would be too small but James responded to our email enquiry within 24 hours, visited shortly afterwards to review the job and provide a quotation.
James visited approx. 2-weeks later at the agreed time & date to complete the job. He tidied up everywhere as required upon completion and the porch is once again looking as good as new. Price was as originally discussed and payment options were provided that meant I didn’t need to go to an ATM to make payment.
We would certainly use James again should we need further tiling work.
